Before we begin
The Majestik Dog Care Assistant provides general educational guidance based on the information you enter. It cannot physically examine your dog, diagnose a medical condition or prescribe treatment. It aims to provide practical and affordable supportive options where these appear reasonable, while identifying signs that may need physical veterinary assessment. Serious, persistent or worsening symptoms should not be managed through virtual guidance alone.

Feeding & body condition
Get a personalised daily feeding range based on your dog's weight, age, body condition and activity level. The assistant uses Majestik's approved feeding calculator — it will ask for confirmed details before giving a result, and will never guess missing values.
Skin, itching & digestion
For skin, ear, stomach or stool concerns, the assistant asks about current foods, treats, how long the issue has been present, recent changes and other symptoms before giving guidance. It will not automatically recommend an elimination diet or assume food is the cause without collecting the relevant information first.
Behaviour, training & toilet training
Practical, age-appropriate, positive-reinforcement guidance for behaviour, obedience and toilet training. For toilet training, the assistant asks about your dog's age, how long they've been in your home, current routine, accident patterns and whether urination appears painful or unusually frequent — because possible urinary illness should not be mistaken for simple disobedience.
General health questions
The assistant can explain likely possibilities and what to monitor for questions like changes in thirst, appetite, energy or stool colour. It will first check for warning signs and recommend a vet visit for anything concerning. It will never present a diagnosis or replace veterinary advice.
