Recurring orders

A Majestik Fresh subscription is a recurring order. The price, box size and billing frequency shown at checkout apply until you change or cancel the subscription, or we give you notice of a permitted change. Shopify and the connected subscription service manage recurring billing and payment details.

Recipe improvements and ingredient changes

We may make reasonable recipe adjustments over time to improve quality, palatability, nutritional profile, consistency, safety, ingredient availability or production reliability. This may include changing the proportions of ingredients, changing a functional whole-food ingredient, or substituting a comparable ingredient where appropriate.

We will not use this clause to make an unlimited or arbitrary change to the product you subscribed to. If a change materially alters the character of a recipe, changes its primary named protein, introduces a newly declared animal protein or other ingredient that may reasonably matter to a stated dietary restriction, or otherwise substantially changes what you agreed to receive, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected subscribers before the next affected order.

Where a material change is not suitable for you or your dog, you may change meals or cancel the affected subscription before the next renewal without a cancellation fee.

Ingredient and allergy information

Current ingredient information is published on our product and meal pages. If your dog must avoid a particular animal protein or ingredient, tell us when setting up the plan and re-check the current ingredient list before feeding. Majestik Fresh recipes may contain more than one animal-derived ingredient even when one primary protein is named.

Changes requested by you

You may request meal, quantity or delivery changes. A request does not alter the paid recurring order until the change is confirmed. Billing, payment methods, pauses, skips and cancellations are managed through your Shopify subscription account.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
